The spacious room has reliable hot water.
The service felt a bit slow at times, leaving me longing for quicker responses. The breakfast options were quite limited, and it would have been lovely to sample more local cuisine. The noise from the surrounding area made it difficult to relax at night.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were attentive. My deluxe queen room was exquisite, loved it. The location in a central area was magnificent and absolutely perfect and there were shopping centres and souvenir shops nearby;)))
Their staff were kind of rude.

It was just an optimal selection for short visits in Kampala with very good value for money. The large rooms were comfortable and well-decorated despite some minor issues. Parking can be tricky, so arrive early to secure a spot.

Couple seeking tranquility
The staff were extraordinarily friendly and allowed us to check in early which was a huge plus. The restaurant was right next door and the food was satisfying particularly their pizzas which were some of the best I've had.
It was a bit pricey but worth considering for the experience.
